Powder Coating

Alex Products (Bryan facility – Autocoat) has 2 Powder Coat Monorail Lines. It includes a 8 stage iron phosphate wash line, 8 gun fully automatic Nordson spray booth, multi color capability with relaim or spray for waste handling. It has the ability to coat part sizes up to 2 feet by 4 feet by 6 feet.

E-Coating

Alex Products (Bryan facility – Autocoat) has an Electro Coating line. It is a 15 stage TTX square transfer line with zinc phosphate treatment.
